Paul Marler has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Paul started their career at AT&T in 1986, where they worked as an Account Manager and Project Manager responsible for sales, business development, and key account management. Paul then joined Avaya in 1999, where they held the role of Principal Software/Hardware Support Engineer, providing technical support to Avaya's largest clients. In 2018, they joined Efficient Forms as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on customer retention and revenue growth. Subsequently, in 2019, they worked at Innovatia as a Principal Consulting/Support Engineer, providing technical expertise to Avaya's High Touch clients. Currently, they are the Regional Lead for Client Success and Business Development at Integritek. Throughout their career, Paul Marler has demonstrated exceptional client management skills and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
