Brent Wiens is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in software development and leadership. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Integrity Advocate since September 2024, Brent leads a development team focused on creating advanced and accessible online proctoring software. Previously, Brent held positions as a Software Development Manager at Shinydocs and OpenText, where responsibilities included managing multiple development teams and streamlining operations. Brent's career began in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Combat Engineer, progressing through various software development roles across multiple organizations, including Igloo Software and TD Bank Group. Educational credentials include a Computer Programmer Analyst degree from Fanshawe College and leadership training from Communitech Academy.
