Jay Kelly serves as the President, Chief Legal Officer, and General Counsel at Integrity Express Logistics since July 2019. Prior to this role, Jay Kelly was a Partner at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP from August 2009 to November 2019, focusing on transportation law within the litigation group. Jay Kelly also gained experience as a Law Clerk at the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas from August 2005 to August 2009. Educationally, Jay Kelly earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Xavier University.
