Lisa Marrow

Lisa Marrow has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at Integrity House since January 2004 in various roles including Human Resources Generalist, Coordinator, and Resource Executive Assistant. Responsibilities included managing organizational structures, leading talent acquisition processes for over 50 full-time hires, facilitating employee onboarding, conducting pre-employment assessments, and enhancing employee relations. Additionally, Lisa collaborated with leadership on recruitment strategies and employee engagement initiatives. Prior to Integrity House, experience included roles as Administrative Assistant and Counselor Intern at the Law Office of Steven Brister. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Employment and Labor Relations from Rutgers University and an Associate's degree in Applied Science from UCNJ Union College of Union County.
