Rich Baker

Rich Baker has a wealth of experience in the industrial inkjet integration industry. Rich began their career in 1989 as a Ph.D. Student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In 1995, they became a Chemical Product Manager at Markem-Imaje. Three years later, they joined Spectra Inc. as a Program Manager, Applications Engineering Manager, and Ink Development Manager. In 2005, they moved to FUJIFILM Dimatix as the Director of Business Development. Finally, in 2009, they were appointed as the CEO of Integrity Industrial Inkjet Integration, Inc. and in 2022, they became a Director at Oli-Tec Limited.

Rich Baker obtained a BSc in Organic Chemistry from the University of East Anglia between 1986 and 1989. Rich then went on to pursue a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which they completed in 1995.
