Robert E. Hoyt

Robert E. Hoyt, Ph.D., has served on the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors since 2017. He currently serves as chair of the Audit Committee and serves on the Capital and Finance, Executive, and Investment Committees. Robert is the Dudley L. Moore, Jr. Chair and Professor of Risk Management and Insurance in the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He has been a member of the UGA faculty since 1988 and has served as the Department Head for Insurance, Legal Studies, and Real Estate for the last 16 years. Robert also serves on the Board of Directors of the Journal of Insurance Regulation and on the editorial board of Risk Management and Insurance Review. He is a trustee of the Griffith Foundation for Insurance Education and a director of the Spencer Educational Foundation. Robert also serves as a vice president of the International Insurance Society.
