Kaleb Dumot

Kaleb Dumot is the Managing Partner and Founder of Integrity Power Search, a firm established in January 2012 that specializes in placing critical hires in B2B technology companies, with a focus on Product/Engineering and GTM searches across various seniority levels. Since July 2014, Kaleb has also served as the Managing Partner of Dumot Diversified, which engages with startups, venture funds, and real estate. In August 2024, Kaleb co-founded the Great Lakes VC Summit, an exclusive community aimed at fostering collaboration and investment opportunities among Managing Partners and General Partners. Kaleb holds a degree from Kent State University.
