Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Roofing Sales Associate to join our growing team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will serve as the face of Integrity Roof Services, building relationships with clients, assessing their roofing needs, and offering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including referrals, canvassing, and networking. Conduct on-site roof inspections to assess damage or potential issues. Present roofing solutions and prepare detailed proposals tailored to clients’ needs. Educate customers on roofing products, services, and processes to ensure informed decision-making. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics. Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in roofing or construction, is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Basic understanding of roofing systems or willingness to learn.
