Katharina Lang is a Due Diligence Expert and Human Rights Officer at IntegrityNext, where responsibilities include implementing due diligence in supply chains and supporting companies towards sustainable practices. Previous experience includes completing a Master Thesis on Sustainability Risk Management in the Supply Chain at HYDAC Group, alongside roles in sustainable procurement management. Additional involvement as a regional promoter for sustainability at Eine Welt Netzwerk Bayern E.V. included consulting and event organization. Contributions to communications and workshops on fair coffee trade were made at Würzburger Partnerkaffee e.V. An internship with GIZ focused on strengthening the livelihoods of farmers in Uganda. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Environmental and Business Administration from Umwelt-Campus Birkenfeld, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Leipzig University, and a Bachelor of Arts in African Studies from Leipzig University.
