Howard Stein

Howard Stein is an experienced banking executive currently serving as EVP and Chief Operating Officer at Old Dominion National Bank since April 2017. In this role, Howard oversees a wide range of financial services tailored to small and medium-sized businesses, nonprofits, and individual customers. As the founder and board member of Integro Bank since October 2020, Howard contributes to the strategic direction of the organization. Previously, Howard was Chief Operating Officer at MY CU Services from February 2012 to March 2017, leading technology solutions for credit unions. Additional experience includes roles as CIO and Director of Operations at Graystone from May 2005 to February 2012, and Commercial Operations Manager at Harris Savings Bank from June 1993 to March 2005. Howard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
