Lori Igleski

Lori Igleski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Lori serves as a Limited Partner at How Women Invest, a women-led venture firm, and holds positions on the Chicago Executive Board for How Women Lead and as an Advisory Board Member at Integro Bank. As the Founder of Heart-Led Ventures LLC and a Senior Advisor at BRAVANTI | a ZRG company, Lori focuses on fostering growth and development within businesses. Additionally, Lori is a Board Member of the International Women's Forum Chicago Chapter and has served on the Board of The Civic Federation. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Vice President at Fifth Third Bank and MB Financial Bank, where strategic initiatives led to revenue growth and improved engagement. Lori holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
