Derek Heath

Derek Heath, BSChE, MBA, has over 25 years of experience in engineering and operations management within the manufacturing sector. Since June 2006, Derek has served as the Director of Operations at Integer Holdings Corporation, which was previously known as Accellent and Lake Region Medical, and has also held the position of Assembly Value Stream Manager. Prior to this role, Derek worked at Honda of America Manufacturing, Inc. as an Engineering Coordinator from March 1998 to June 2006, and at Haden Environmental as an Engineering Supervisor from June 1996 to March 1998. Early career experience includes serving as a Field Specialist at Betz MetChem from November 1994 to June 1996. Derek holds an MBA in Business Administration from Franklin University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
