Erik Sorensen

Erik Sorensen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and product development within the medical device industry. Currently a Senior Director of RD&E at Integer Holdings Corporation since October 2019, Erik leads teams in Chaska, MN, and Quakertown, PA, focusing on Operations Engineering and New Product Introduction. Prior roles include Director of Engineering and Senior Manager of Product Management at Integer, where Erik spearheaded product strategy for structural heart markets. Erik's background also includes significant positions at Creganna Medical and Lake Region Medical, managing R&D, quality assurance, and engineering teams. Erik holds an M.S. in Systems Engineering and a B.S. cum laude in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas, further complemented by education at the University of Minnesota.
