Pamela Lohr

Pamela Lohr is a seasoned quality systems engineer with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Systems Engineer at Integer Holdings Corporation since April 2023, Pamela supports CAPA owners and oversees CAPA processes. Prior roles include Staff Quality Systems Engineer at Abbott, where responsibilities included maintaining quality systems and enhancing product performance, and various positions at Medtronic focused on CAPA compliance. Pamela's career began at Johnstech International, managing design teams and projects for nearly two decades. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University and an MBA in Operations and Information Systems from UMN Carlson School of Management.
