Chek-San Leong

Chek-San (CS) Leong is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor and electronics industry with extensive experience in IP ecosystem management and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of IP Ecosystem Alliance at Intel Corporation, Chek-San Leong is responsible for the third-party IP roadmap across all Foundry process nodes and has successfully built relationships with leading ecosystem partners. Prior to Intel, Chek-San Leong held various roles at TSMC, including Manager of IP Ecosystem, where strategic marketing alliances were crafted to add value for foundry and customers. Previous experience includes co-founding ASIC Design Consulting Ltd, working at NXP Semiconductors as a Senior IC Design Engineer, and serving as Sales and Application Engineer at Trans-Dist Engineering. Chek-San Leong holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Nottingham Trent University.
