Cindie Blackmer

Cindie Blackmer is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in global supply chain management. Currently serving as Sr Program Director at Intel Corporation, Cindie leads initiatives focused on supply chain innovation, environmental sustainability, and diversity while driving operational efficiency. Previously, Cindie held various roles at Intel, including Supply Chain Master and Sr Leader of Channel Product and Logistics Strategic Sourcing. Cindie also served as a lecturer and Assistant Chair in Supply Chain Management at Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business from 2016 to 2022. Cindie's academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and dual Master’s degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
