David Crandall

David Crandall is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational strategy. Currently serving as HR Manager and Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Intel Corporation since April 2016, David directs a team of recruiters and manages an $8M budget to support critical talent needs within the $25B+ Data Center, AI, and Network & Edge business groups. Notable previous roles include Program Manager for Recruitment & Workforce Planning at Intel, where David achieved a $22M annual cost reduction, and talent intelligence roles that significantly increased talent supply.
