Deirdre Long

Deirdre Long serves as the Recruitment Leader for the UK and Ireland at Intel Corporation since June 2019, after previously holding the position of Recruitment Manager in Ireland. Prior experience includes a role as EMEA Recruitment Manager at HubSpot, where Deirdre led a team supporting Sales and Customer Success hiring across the EMEA region. Deirdre's recruitment expertise was further developed at Microsoft, where responsibilities included managing a recruitment team for Worldwide Inside Sales EMEA and leading a sourcing team for various engineering roles across Europe. Earlier in Deirdre's career, positions included Senior Recruiter at Oracle and Recruiter at CPL. Deirdre holds a Master's degree in HR from UCD Smurfit, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
