Haluk Balkan is a technology and supply chain operations leader with extensive experience in engineering and strategic development. They served as Vice President of Engineering at FlipChip International from 1998 to 2005 and held several senior roles at Intel Corporation from 2016 to 2022, including Sr. Director of Supply Chain (Memory) and Vice President of Supply Chain (Substrates). Haluk obtained both a BS and MS from Middle East Technical University between 1982 and 1989, followed by a PhD from the University of Arizona from 1990 to 1995.
