Kaan Oguz

Kaan Oguz is a Senior Staff Research Engineer at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities include driving dielectric materials research for future semiconductor technologies and leading development efforts for SOT-MRAM and MESO devices. Prior roles at Intel encompassed leading integration and magnetic material development for STT-MRAM technology and developing magnetic materials for MRAM. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Trinity College Dublin under Prof. J M D Coey and as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Izmir Institute of Technology, where Kaan oversaw undergraduate physics laboratory courses. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Physics from Trinity College Dublin and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Physics from Izmir Institute of Technology and Middle East Technical University, respectively.
