Neelay Phadke is a chemical and process engineer and surface and materials scientist with experience in the food industry, catalysis research, and semiconductor process engineering. Neelay earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Currently, Neelay works as a Senior Technology Development Engineer at Intel Corporation, focusing on photomask technology development and optimizations. Past roles include a research fellowship at the Jim Dumesic Research Lab and an internship at General Mills, among other positions in academia and research. Neelay is also an avid cook, foodie, history buff, and vinyl record collector.
