Noel Menezes is an experienced professional with a strong background in Electrical and Computer Engineering, holding a Ph.D. and M.S. from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Currently serving as Director of Strategic CAD Labs at Intel since 2000, Noel has previously gained valuable experience as a Manager and began a career as a Graduate Research Intern at IBM in 1991.
