Osborne Martin

Osborne Martin is a seasoned Principal Engineer at Intel Corporation, with extensive experience in metrology and engineering leadership since March 2004. Key roles include Director and SPTD Metrology Area Manager, overseeing metrology system readiness and manufacturing support, and serving as a Technologist, recognized for deep technical expertise and mentorship. Previously, Osborne managed operations as the AMCL Dimensional Lab Manager and led substrate supplier metrology as a Senior Metrologist.
