Rajath Varma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor and research sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Wet Etch Process/IQ/Project Engineer at Intel Corporation since September 2011, Rajath is responsible for ensuring quality, yield, output, cost, and process stability while managing wet-etch toolsets for the ramp-up of 14nm technology in both Intel Arizona and Intel Ireland. Prior to this, Rajath worked as a Research Scientist at CREST DIT from October 2009 to September 2011, focusing on the development of novel sol-gel materials for aerospace, automobile, and composite applications. Rajath started the professional career as a Junior Project Scientist at the National Institute of Interdisciplinary Science and Technology, where the synthesis and characterization of microwave dielectric resonators for telecommunication applications were conducted. Rajath holds a PhD in Chemistry from Technological University Dublin and a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Calicut.
