Xiaoyu Ruan

Xiaoyu Ruan has extensive experience in security engineering and architecture, having worked at Corsec Security, Inc. from October 2006 to July 2008 as a Security Engineer and Principal Security Engineer. At Intel Corporation, Xiaoyu served in various roles, including Senior Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, and Security Researcher from April 2014 to March 2020, focusing on designing cryptography kernels and security components for Intel vPro Technology, as well as content protection firmware such as Widevine and PlayReady. From April 2020 to March 2024, Xiaoyu advanced to the position of Principal Engineer in Security Architecture within Intel's Product Assurance and Security Group, where responsibilities included architecting embedded root of trust (RoT) security controllers for Client and Server platforms.
