Katie Ciarlariello

Katie Ciarlariello has a varied work experience starting in 2011 as a Finance Intern at Mercury. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Claims Adjuster at Mercury Insurance, where they evaluated, investigated, and adjusted first party and third party property damage claims. Katie also managed incoming claims and estimates. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Underwriter at Mercury Insurance, evaluating new business risks and managing existing risks for personal auto policies. Katie communicated with agents, completed daily reports, and processed agent requests for policy changes and cancellations. In 2018, they joined BKS Partners as a Senior Account Analyst, and was responsible for account analysis. Currently, they are working at IntelAgree, starting as a QA Analyst in 2021 and later moving into the role of Business Analyst in 2022.

Katie Ciarlariello pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of South Florida. Katie completed their studies at the university between the years 2008 and 2012.
