Kristen DiGiacomo

Kristen DiGiacomo has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Kristen currently holds the position of Enterprise Project Manager at IntelAgree since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at AgileThought for over a decade, where they held various roles such as Project Manager/Delivery Leader and Manager/Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner. In these positions, they led custom software development projects using the Agile/Scrum methodology, managed project aspects like budgeting and risk management, and collaborated with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Before their tenure at AgileThought, Kristen worked at Lockheed Martin in different roles. As an IT Project Manager/Implementation Lead, they contributed to project implementation and management. Kristen also held the roles of Senior Internal Auditor & Systems Management, where they designed and led financial audits, managed audit department applications, and handled budget management. Additionally, Kristen worked as a Financial Analyst as part of the Financial Leadership Development Program, providing financial analysis and reporting for senior leadership. Kristen also served as a Senior Industrial Engineer, establishing and maintaining labor standards for manufacturing processes.

Earlier in their career, Kristen gained experience as a Project Engineer at G.H. Johnson Construction Company.

Kristen DiGiacomo obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. Following this, they pursued further education and completed the Executive Business Program, obtaining their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of South Florida between 2000 and 2002. In addition to their accounting and business studies, they also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil-Environmental Engineering from the University of South Florida, which they achieved from 1992 to 1995.
