Lee Rone

As the general counsel, Lee is responsible for the negotiation of all key contracts with customers, vendors, and partners. In addition, Lee is an active participant in product design and development processes and serves as an advisor to the customer success, data science, and implementation teams. Lee has extensive experience designing templates, drafting and negotiating contracts, handling data privacy issues, and developing workflows for both cloud and on-premise software companies. Before joining IntelAgree, Lee served as one of the lead transactional lawyers for Global 500 SaaS company, SAP America, Inc. Lee holds a Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas A&M University.
