Najat El Jebari

Najat El Jebari is the current Deputy MD of Finance, Performance Management & General Resources at INTELCIA. Najat has over 20 years of experience in managerial positions in various companies.

El Jebari started their career as a mining engineer at Groupe OCP, one of the largest phosphate producers in the world. Najat quickly rose through the ranks and became the Head of Finance Department, managing the finances of two major mining zones. Najat was later promoted to Director of Real Estate Development, where they managed and executed real estate projects worth billions of dollars.

In 2018, El Jebari left Groupe OCP to join TAMWILCOM as a Board Member and Head of Audit Committee. TAMWILCOM is a financial institution owned by the Moroccan government that helps stimulate Moroccan SMEs growth by offering loans and guarantees.

El Jebari joined INTELCIA in 2019 as the Deputy MD of Finance, Performance Management & General Resources. In this role, they are in charge of finance, M&A, legal, facility management and procurement for INTELCIA Group, a major CX/IT company serving clients from 17 countries.
