Naoual Chichaoui

Naoual Chichaoui is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at INTELCIA since May 2023. Prior to this role, Naoual worked at BMCI Groupe BNP Paribas as the Head of Human Resources from September 2020 to May 2023. A substantial tenure at Procter & Gamble spanned over two decades, encompassing various positions including HR Director for Procter & Gamble North West Africa and Talent Supply Leader for Central Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa, among other HR managerial roles. Earlier experience includes a Master Thesis Project with Groupe PSA and an internship at Groupe Renault.
