Nuria Candia

Nuria Candia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and growth strategies across various sectors, currently serving as Chief Growth, Management Control & Reporting Officer for the Spanish region at Intelcia since September 2022. Prior to this role, Nuria held the position of CEO and Director at FK2 from July 2016 to August 2022. With a solid foundation in operations management, Nuria worked at Banco Santander from 2007 to 2016, serving as Director of Service Level in the Corporate Area and as Responsible for Service Level, where responsibilities included defining activity indicators and managing operational incident resolution processes. Earlier career experiences include consulting at Accenture, managing client relationships at CaixaBank and BBVA, and completing a Corporate Development Programme at IESE Business School and a Corporate Athlete® Course at the Human Performance Institute. Nuria holds a degree in Business Administration from CUNEF.
