Melyna Panneton

Melyna Panneton, CRHA, currently serves as HR Manager at Intelcom since December 2024. Prior to this role, Melyna held the position of HR Manager for Tarkett Sports in North America from July 2023 to January 2025, where responsibilities included HR support, staffing, organizational development, and talent management. Melyna also managed human resources for AZZ Galvanizing in Canada from April 2017 to June 2023, achieving significant reductions in grievances and payroll costs while overseeing HR operations across multiple plants. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at Stablex Canada Inc. from January 2012 to March 2017, focusing on recruitment, policy implementation, and benefits management. Melyna earned a Baccalauréat in Relations industrielles from Université de Montréal and a D.E.C. in Business Administration from Collège André-Grasset.
