Grethe Simonsen

Grethe Simonsen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the VP of People & Talent at Intelecy since May 2024. Prior to this role, Grethe worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Oceaneering and led HR initiatives at boost.ai as Head of HR, where responsibilities included guiding the company through a significant organizational transition. With a strong background in HR management, Grethe has held various positions, including Senior Advisor HR at NORCE Norwegian Research Centre and HR Manager at Intertek and Heli-One. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organisation Studies from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Newcastle University.
