As the Founder and Strategic Senior Consultant at InTelegy since 1996, Vail has focused on developing modernized customer service delivery models and enhancing operational efficiency through innovative technology. Vail currently serves as an advisor at AdvisoryCloud and has been an advisory board member for M3 Life Sciences.
