Poonam Puri is a Canadian lawyer and businesswoman who is currently an advisor at Intelense Inc. Poonam has previously held positions as a Commissioner at the Ontario Securities Commission, a Board Director at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, and a Summer Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Poonam has also worked at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP and Torys LLP. Poonam Puri graduated from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School.

Poonam Puri has a LL.M. from Harvard Law School and a LL.B. from the University of Toronto where they were a Silver Medalist.
