Joshua Jung

Joshua Jung is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in content development, quality management, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Content Developer at Pearson since August 2022, Joshua is responsible for creating and managing content for various clients. In parallel, Joshua has been with Inteleos since October 2019, initially as an Assessment Quality Specialist before advancing to Assessment Content Editor, focusing on quality content management and training staff. Earlier experience includes roles at Shutterfly, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed quality coordination and production leadership, and a foundation in customer service at Kohl's.
