Karl Johnsen

Karl Johnsen has extensive experience in financial leadership roles, serving as Chief Financial Officer at Intelerad, Rightworks, and Trax Retail. Prior to these positions, Karl held multiple senior roles at Aspen Technology, including Executive Advisor to the CEO, Senior Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer, as well as Vice President and Controller. Karl also served as Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President Controller at Avid Technology. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BS in Accountancy from Bentley University.
