Kristin O'Brien

Kristin O'Brien has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on various roles within the field. Kristin is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Intelex Technologies ULC. Prior to this, they worked at MKS Instruments, where they held the positions of Senior Director of Human Resources for Global Operations & Corporate, as well as HR Director for M&A Integration. Earlier in their career, O'Brien worked at General Mills, where they held several HR director roles, including Global HR, Australia & New Zealand, and HR Transformation Lead for Europe, Australia & New Zealand. Kristin also served as a Human Resources Manager in Australia. Additionally, they gained experience as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Mercy Health, a Human Resources Specialist at Woolworths Group, and a Candidate Career Consultant and Recruitment Consultant at Ambition. Kristin'sexperience spans various aspects of HR, including performance management, organization design, change management, compensation, employee and industrial relations, talent management, and leadership coaching.

Kristin O'Brien completed their Bachelor of Psychology degree at the University of Sydney from 1999 to 2002.
