Amita Sharma

Amita Sharma began their career in 2005 as a Team Leader at Exa Web Solutions. In 2009, they were promoted to Senior Team Leader, where they managed different teams of Developers, UI/UX designers, SEO Managers and Server Managers. In 2013, they moved to ABCN Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Technical Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for software delivery and managing scope, schedule, budget and stakeholders. In 2019, they joined ITP Media Group as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, they coordinated with HR Team for Talent Acquisition, created job descriptions, identified gaps in interview funnel and recommended proactive changes. Amita also established project management and quality standards and methods to ensure on time and in scope delivery. In 2020, they joined Nudging for Kids as a Senior Project Manager / Consultant, where they gathered and analyzed project requirements through interactions and meetings. Finally, in 2022, they joined Inteliclear llc as a Senior Project Manager.

Amita Sharma has a well-rounded educational background. Amita attended Gopi Birla Memorial School from 1990 to 2000, where they studied English, Economics, Accounts, and Software Programming. Amita then went on to H.R. College, Churchgate, Mumbai from 2000 to 2005, earning their BCom in Economics and Accounts. In 2002, they also completed a GNIIT in Software Programming from NIIT. In 2007, they earned their MBA in Information Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS). Additionally, Amita Sharma has obtained two certifications, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in October 2021, and a PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from PeopleCert in July 2019.
