Archana Singh

Archana Singh has been working in the field of AI/ML and Conversational AI Solutions for the past six years. In 2021, they joined Intelion Systems as Practice Lead - Conversational AI Solutions and Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive and Farm Equipment Business] as Manager - AI/ML. In 2020, they were a Conversational AI Expert. In 2019, they were a Data Scientist at Siemens Technology - Finance. In 2018, they were a Consultant AI Developer at Bristlecone. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Sopra Steria, where they were involved in the development of chatbots for customers in different domains. Archana was also involved in the development of a platform which takes in documents and converts them into chatbots, which can handle two-way conversations as well as connect to external data sources.

Archana Singh has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from ABES Engineering College, obtained between 2011 and 2015. Archana also has several certifications, including the Mendix Intermediate Developer Certification and Mendix Rapid Developer Certification, both obtained in 2022, Natural Language Processing from Coursera, obtained in 2019, Convolutional Neural Networks from Coursera, obtained in 2018, Machine Learning Foundations: A Case Study Approach from Coursera, obtained in 2017, and AMCAT Certified Business Analyst, AMCAT Certified Data Processing Specialist, and AMCAT Certified Software Engineer - IT Services, all obtained in 2014 from Aspiring Minds. Additionally, they have the Oracle Database 10g: Administration Workshop1 certification from NIIT Limited.
