Irfan Kadri has been working in the field of sales and operations for over 20 years. Irfan began their career in 1998 as a Data Agent at World Network Services. In 2002, they moved to Wipro BPO as a Group Leader - Operations. Irfan then worked as a Service Delivery Manager Operations at Sitel India from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Countrywide Financial Corporation as a Senior Manager Operations, where they managed 4 different verticals, including Central/Shared Services. From 2010 to 2019, they worked at Maersk Global Service Centre India Private Limited as a Manager. In 2019, they joined Hansa Cequity as an Associate Director Sales. In 2020, they were Global Director Sales at both Intelion Systems and Axcel Beck Consulting. Currently, they are the Global Director Sales & Operations- Staffing & Solutions at ShoreWise Consulting, where they are managing a Sales Team for IT & Non IT Staffing in US, Canada, LATAM,UK, UAE and India. Irfan is also responsible for ensuring Business requirements delivery and revenue realization by managing Multi Geography/region recruitment teams supporting the complete spectrum of IT skills requirements. Irfan also works with System Integrator's like Mindtree, Infosys, Capgemini & TCS as a Staffing partner.

Irfan Kadri completed their MBA in Finance from Technology And Management Jobs between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Smt Mithibai Motiram Kundnani College of Commerce and Economics 32nd Road Bandra Mumbai 400 050 between 1992 and 1997.
