Khoa Trinh

Khoa Trinh has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Khoa started their career in 2010 as an IT Support Specialist at the American International School, Saigon, where they provided technical support and performed maintenance tasks. Khoa then moved on to Savills Vietnam LTD as an IT Officer, where they supported end-users and collaborated with the Regional IT Manager.

In 2012, Khoa joined Netsurit as a Tier 2 - System Administrator, monitoring clients' infrastructure and providing technical support. Khoa later transitioned to the role of Snr. System Engineer, where they operated, implemented, and troubleshooted various Microsoft products. Khoa also mentored junior engineers and followed the ISO model and SLA contract.

From 2016 to 2018, Khoa worked at SCC as a Snr. Infrastructure Engineer, providing infrastructure support for three Data Centers and managing platforms running on VMware and Hyper-V technologies. Khoa also applied ITIL and ITSM frameworks to process incident tickets.

In 2018, Khoa joined Dinotronic AG as a Snr. Cloud System Engineer, managing and troubleshooting platforms such as Citrix, SCVMM, SCCM, and Exchange. Khoa improved platform monitoring and collaborated with the Horgen Team to address high-priority incidents.

At FPT Software in 2019, Khoa worked as a Deployment Strategist, participating in the Airbus Skywise project and developing dashboards on an in-house Big Data platform.

In 2019, Khoa joined NashTech Limited as a DevOps Engineer, where they cooperated with the Development team to build CI/CD pipelines and researched and implemented automation technologies. Khoa also built monitoring systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

Most recently, in 2020, Khoa joined InteliSys Aviation as a DevOps Engineer.

Khoa Trinh's education history begins in 2006 when they enrolled at Houston Community College. Khoa completed a Diploma in Network and System Administration/Administrator, graduating in 2009. After a gap of several years, Khoa Trinh resumed their education in 2019 at FPT University, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. Khoa is expected to complete their degree in 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Khoa Trinh has obtained several certifications. In May 2018, they earned the LPI Linux Essential certification from the Linux Professional Institute. In April 2017, they achieved the VCP 6 VMware certification from VMware. Khoa also holds the NGF01 Barracuda NextGen F - Foundation | NGF02 Large Scale Management certification from Barracuda, obtained in May 2018, and the Applied Data Science with Python - Level 2 certification from IBM, obtained in May 2019. Khoa Trinh has further certifications in IT automation and cloud architecture, including the Google IT Automation Professional Certificate from Coursera, obtained in August 2020, and the Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect certification from Google, obtained in May 2023. Khoa is also a CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certified by Cloud Native, achieved in January 2021.
