Herlen Loiola

Herlen Loiola has extensive experience in supervisory and technical roles within the IT support field. Currently serving as Supervisor de N1 at Intelit Processos Inteligentes since August 2015, Herlen is responsible for overseeing contractual execution, service level compliance, and ongoing development of support tools. Previous roles include Supervising Team activities for the Polícia Civil do Distrito Federal, managing the Service Desk team for Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica, and providing technical support.
