Nour Taher

Co-Founder/CEO at intella

Nour Taher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. In 2013, they started their career as a Customer Experience Associate at Bank-al-Etihad. Nour then progressed to the role of Sr. Associate in the Customer Experience Department before becoming a Customer Experience Manager. In 2018, Nour became a self-employed Business Strategy Consultant, providing freelance services. In 2019, they joined Altibbi as the Sr. Customer Experience Manager and later assumed the role of Director of Business Development for the MENA region. Most recently, in 2021, they co-founded and became the CEO of Intella.

Nour Taher completed their education at Western University from 2009 to 2013, obtaining an Honours Business Administration degree. Nour double majored in business and psychology. In addition to their undergraduate degree, they also acquired several certifications. In April 2014, they became a Certified Customer Experience Management Professional from Global CEM. Furthermore, in March 2017, Nour attended a Customer Experience masterclass conducted by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA). Nour also received a certification in "Train the Trainer for Professionals" from ICTN, International Consulting and Training Network, in September 2017.
