Jimmy A has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Jimmy started their career in 2008 at Nestlé, where they worked as an IT Risk and Security Analyst and Auditor. In this role, they were responsible for testing and validating various controls, planning and implementing security programs, and reviewing and updating security plans.

After working at Nestlé, Jimmy joined FESS TEAM LLC in 2014 as an IT Help Desk Administrator. Jimmy'sresponsibilities included troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining computer equipment and networks, installing software, and assisting with the installation of new computer equipment.

In 2015, Jimmy joined Intellect as a ServiceNow Administrator. Jimmy performed system administrator activities, managed user access and system updates, and provided support to end-users.
