Shaun Garvin, CSM

Shaun Garvin, CSM, has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Shaun most recently worked at IntellecTechs as a Senior Information Technology Program Manager. Prior to that, they were a Senior Logistics Analyst at Serco.

Before joining Serco, Shaun worked at Amentum as a Senior Product Support Analyst, where they supported sustainment efforts for the COLUMBIA class submarine acquisition and ensured its full support through infrastructure and material programs. Shaun also provided Agile and Scrum Master services to multiple teams.

Shaun's previous role was as a Senior Analyst and Information Technology Manager at Patrona Corporation, where they supported the NAVSEA PMS 397 Columbia Class Program. Shaun also served as the Information Technology and Cyber Security Department Manager.

Earlier in their career, Shaun held leadership positions in the military. Shaun was a Command Master Chief at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and Submarine Group 10, where they provided expertise in team building, management, training, and operations. Shaun also served as a Chief of the Boat and Strike Leading Chief Petty Officer in various submarine units.

Furthermore, Shaun has experience in program management, curriculum development, and training as a Combat Systems Division Officer at the Naval Submarine School.

Shaun Garvin, CSM, has a diverse education history spanning several years. In 1983-1987, they attended Stearns High School and obtained their high school diploma. In 2012, they completed the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy, where they focused on training and development, leadership, human resources, maritime strategy, and project management. Additionally, they completed the United States Navy Command Master Chief Course, which covered military and strategic leadership, project leadership, mentoring, and communications.

In 2016, Shaun earned an Associate's Degree from Excelsior University in Applied Science with a concentration in Admin/Management Studies. Shaun later pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from Southern New Hampshire University, completing their studies in 2021. Currently, Shaun is working on their Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership at Brandman University, which they are expected to complete by 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Shaun Garvin holds various certifications that enhance their knowledge and skills.
