Oleg Borovyk

Oleg Borovyk has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Oleg started their career in 2007 as an Engineer at CB Khreschatyk, where they developed and supported applications for pay cards and conducted testing and configuration tasks.

In 2009, Oleg joined Serena Software as a Software Engineer, where they worked on the development and support of the SBM notification server and the Web-admin application for Serena Business Manager. Oleg also resolved various technical issues, such as memory leaks and performance problems.

In 2012, Oleg joined IntellectEU as a Senior Software Engineer. There, they designed and implemented integration projects for connecting customers to the SWIFT network. Oleg also participated in technical assessments, customer coaching, and onsite development during multiple business trips to Europe and the USA.

In 2015, Oleg joined United Internet Media GmbH as a Senior Software Engineer, responsible for the development and support of account lifecycle-related backend and middleware services for GMX, NET, and WEB.

Returning to IntellectEU in 2018, Oleg took on the role of Solutions Architect, designing distributed blockchain and DLT-based solutions in the financial sector. Oleg was also involved in connecting business stakeholders with technical teams.

Currently, Oleg holds the position of Head of Engineering at IntellectEU, where they manage engineering projects, coordinates internal teams, and ensures compliance with security regulations. Oleg also builds infrastructure for delivering products.

Oleg Borovyk has a Master diploma with Honours in "Computer engineering" from the National Aviation University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2008. Oleg also studied at the Kyiv National Economics University from 2005 to 2009, focusing on bank, finance, and credit. Before that, Oleg attended the Aerospace Lyceum from 2001 to 2003. Their educational journey began at Gymnasium "Consul" #86 Kiev, where they studied from 1993 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Oleg has obtained various certifications. These include the Azure Active Directory Masterclass from Udemy in March 2023, the ISMS Internal Auditor certification (ISO27001:2013 and ISO19011:2018) from HBPI CONSULTING in December 2022, the IBM Blockchain Foundation for Developers certificate from Coursera Course Certificates in January 2018, the Machine Learning Foundations: A Case Study Approach certificate from Coursera Course Certificates in September 2017, and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2020.
