Chin Yao Chew

Chin Yao CHEW is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) since January 2022. With a strong background in information technology, Chin Yao CHEW also holds a director position at GovTech Singapore, which began in September 2013. Prior experience includes roles such as Deputy Director of Application Services and Senior Applications Consultant at the Ministry of Education, as well as Senior IT Consultant at the CPF Board and Systems Analyst at CrimsonLogic Pte Ltd. Chin Yao CHEW holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Information Systems from the University of London, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
