Jinquan Huang

Jinquan Huang serves as the Head of Patent Analytics at IPOS International since November 2018, while simultaneously holding the position of Principal Patent Examiner at the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) since September 2013. In prior roles at IPOS, Jinquan Huang progressed from Associate Patent Examiner to Senior Patent Examiner, leading teams in electrical and electronics as well as patent analytics. Earlier professional experience includes a tenure as Senior Scientist at NXP Semiconductors, focusing on emerging non-volatile memory technologies, and as a Scientist at the Data Storage Institute (A*STAR), specializing in next-generation non-volatile memory and artificial cognitive memory. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore and further studies at The Wharton School.
