Elliot Fung is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in health innovation, strategic partnerships, and educational roles. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Governance Committee at Intellectual Property Ontario, and as Executive Director of Medical Innovation Xchange, Fung is dedicated to fostering growth and reducing barriers for medical technology startups in Canada. Previous roles include Vice President of Innovation and Strategic Partnerships at Ontario Health, where Fung connected health innovators with care providers across South Western Ontario, and Executive Lead for Innovation at Waterloo Wellington Local Health Integration Network. Fung's background also includes significant contributions to educational governance as Vice-Chair of the Waterloo Region District School Board and diverse project management roles at BlackBerry, driving training and certification programs. Educational credentials include studies at Wilfrid Laurier University and Lakehead University.
